The 'Building is under repairs, All faces of the building are under heavy treatment. Parking is also under heavy repairs. Roof is brand new. The Association had over 4 Million of US $ in the bank account to pay for the repairs. Now the Association is considering an extra special assessment of $2,5 Million to have all brand new windows New A/C in the lobby room and new Elevator in the parking. The expected new special assessment would be for 7 years starting soon $ 234.71 monthly. The special assessment can be paid by the new Owner upon agreement between Seller and Buyer. If the new Owner will reside in the Unit, Miami Dade County offers a loan to be paid back at $ 50.00 monthly without interest. Call me to explain this loan.
